FLaCo - the GiroZ Free Lap Counter

  • FLaCo (Free Lap Counter) is the software for GiroZ race timing and scoring system.
  • FLaCo is a Free Software initiative promoted by the Spanish firm SI Giro.
  • FLaCo can be downloaded integrated in a Live CD based on SLAX, a fast and beautiful Linux operating system which fits on small (3.14") CD-ROM disc. It runs directly from the CD (or USB) without installing.

Feb 26, 2006 - Prototype released (release 0.2beta)

A prototype of the application has been released, it has been implemented as a local DHTML application that runs within the Firefox browser. This prototype allows you to manage a complete tournment. Once the race has been configured, application gzround (a ncurses leg manager) will manage every round.
